It was the kind of game people expected to see from him from the moment it was announced the Lions were receiving him in the blockbuster Matthew Stafford trade.
With Goff playing well, the Lions have actually won two of their last three games after starting the season 0-11-1. The hope is that he’ll be good to go for the Week 16 matchup with Atlanta. On the year, Goff has thrown for 3,007 yards, 17 touchdowns and eight interceptions. Yes, it has been a rough campaign for Detroit, but the guys will be ready to close things out on a high note. They’ll need Goff on the field to make that happen.
