Tampa Bay Buccaneers 2020 schedule release: Games, dates and times

NFL Schedule, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Tom Brady’s decision to join the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has created a whole new vibe around the franchise, which will now be one of the NFL’s most-watched teams in 2020.

The NFL landscape changed dramatically this offseason when Tom Brady decided to join the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It has been a long time since the Bucks reached the postseason, with their drought dating back to 2007, the longest in the league this side of Cleveland.

The addition of Brady significantly increases the chances of a return to the playoffs for the Buccaneers, who have a significant supporting cast of skill position players to help him. Wide receivers Mike Evans and Chris Godwin put up pinball machine numbers with Jameis Winston last season and should be poised for more success with Brady under center.

The Buccaneers had a prolific offense with Winston, who led the league in passing last season. The problem was that Winston also led the league in interceptions with his mistakes short-circuiting a ton of scoring opportunities for Tampa Bay.

Brady should have a lot of fun playing for head coach Bruce Arians, who loves to air it out and throw the football deep down the field. The NFC is definitely the more difficult conference to try and get to the playoffs out of, but Brady’s presence is a huge advantage for the Buccaneers in that pursuit.

Tampa Bay, which hasn’t been a marquee franchise in the NFL for years, will now see its national profile raised significantly with Brady coming to town. Games with the New Orleans Saints, Kansas City Chiefs, Atlanta Falcons, Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings should draw a ton of attention across the country.

Once the full 2020 NFL schedule is released, this post will be updated immediately with game dates, times and broadcast information. In the meantime, let’s look at the home and road opponents for the Buccaneers this season.
