NFL coverage map 2018: TV schedule Week 9

NFL Schedule

Week 9 of the NFL slate is one of the best we’ve had yet with a handful of top-notch games. Here’s the breakdown of which fans will see what game.

Some weeks, the NFL offers us very little in terms of appetizing contests on the docket. This week, the league is giving us some of the best games it’ll have all season, including a showdown with the New Orleans Saints hosting the undefeated Los Angeles Rams.

There are some other terrific ones as well, including the Los Angeles Chargers visiting the Seattle Seahawks off their bye week, and the Green Bay Packers making a primetime visit to Foxoborough to take on Tom Brady and the New England Patriots.

Here’s how Week 9 shapes up in terms of the broadcast maps and announcer pairings.

The country is pretty split up by regional coverage despite six teams being on their bye weeks. The southeast is largely getting the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens on the tube, with Ian Eagle and Dan Fouts on the call. The winner will be feeling good about its AFC North chances, while the loser will go back to the drawing board.

The Atlanta Falcons and Washington Redskins will be broadcast to much of the country, with the rest of the country getting the Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings, called by Thom Brennaman and Chris Spielman.

The New Orleans Saints and Los Angeles Rams are the best game of the week, getting Joe Buck and Troy Aikman on the mic. The entire country gets to witness the game save for Denver, which gets jobbed to the hilt because the Broncos and Houston Texans are playing at the same time over on CBS.
